First easy way to be a sports hero: Practice Coordination.
No matter what type of sports you play, no matter how athletic you are, you definitely need to work on your body and mind coordination if you ever want to become a sports hero. And whether it's hand and foot coordination, or hand and eye coordination you have to involve your mind by focusing all your energy into one single form... A Flawless Form, where hand-eye-brain all become one, or foot-hand-brain also all become one. And that will give you reflexes of the gods, that will give you the ability to connect with a ball or any other item used in the sports you play, as if it was all inside you. Second easy way to reach the status of a sports hero: Dynamic Power.
Dynamic power is something that comes from God and that He has used in creating the universe when He spoke, and the explosiveness of power came about. And this is what you have to use in your training and preparation to become a sports hero, you must be all about it or not-at-all about it. So use dynamic power to grow in strength, to grow in quickness, to grow in reflexes and to grow in perfection. Mean what you do, and in all that you do, explode. When you are running, explode, when you are lifting weights, explode, when you are hitting a baseball, explode, when you are skiing, explode. All meaning that, there comes a time within the repetitions you are performing when you must quickly explode to another level to shock your muscles, to shock your mind, and to shock even your greatness.
Third easy way for a sports hero to train: Aerobic Training.
No matter how great you think you are, or how powerful, or how much of the best you are, you will not achieve greatness or become a sports hero, until you include aerobic training within your preparation. And whether you ride the bicycle for about an hour, or go jogging for an hour, or swimming for an hour, you have to train for endurance and for cardiovascular fitness. And again, make sure you explode with power, speed and strength at the end of these types of aerobic training. Also there is a big difference between powerful and fit, or strong and endurance.
So to be a sports hero, you must do what other athletes refuse to do or will not do constantly. You must want the Glory much more than others within your circle, you must find your Zone and train within it.
