And it is as beneficial as going to school, or as learning how to walk. And really, I say all this about playing sports because you must find an avenue to stay active since you are no longer Cave People. For back then, you did not need to play sports since you had to go hunt for foods, and you also had enough exercises by running away from giant animals that were trying to eat you. Also because back then, there was no need for social interaction since most Cave Families lived as small groups comprising of only the members.

But now that your brain has developed much more than 500,000 years ago, and you have become so resourceful in life by building Gadgets that do mostly everything for you.
